Our winery- Our wine: In the south of Germany, not far from Stuttgart, you find the Birkert vineyards in one of the best wine regions of Germany - Wuerttemberg. On the rolling hills of the "Schneckenhof" we produce superior wines and sparkling wines. Our traditional cellers are from the year 1748. Therein our wines from the famous german vinyards "Adolzfurter Schneckenhof" are viticultured. Beneath the traditional varieties as Riesling, Kerner, Spätburgunder (=pinot noir) or Chardonnay we are also specialised on new grades as Rotberger, Muskateller and Dornfelder. Life as a wine maker is more than a job, it is a philosophy.
